Welcome to Alliston Family Health Team

We recognize that the discipline of good governance set you free to do the things that really matter. In that spirit, we are working diligently to establish and or update policies and procedures, rules and regulations that govern our FHT.

Our FHT is a non-profit corporation (Alliston Family Health Team Inc.) and has a provider-based board of directors. The Board of Directors is responsible for governance issues and is supported by the Executive Director, who is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Center.

Having a well run office allows us to focus on value-added activities such as contacting patients for follow-ups, helping with education material, arranging and coordinating additional services and utilizing the time patients spend in the waiting rooms. We are paying close attention to the details of good office management techniques and practices and establishing work processes that are sustainable, easily managed and measurable.
